How are international shipments handled?

International shipments are entrusted to couriers specializing in shipping valuables, such as Ferrari or Vicenza Sped - all packages are insured.

Who handles customs formalities for non-EU countries?

The specialized couriers we use for international shipments can handle customs procedures for shipments leaving Italy. Customs clearance for shipments outside the EU is usually handled by a local broker appointed by the customer.

What warranty/authenticity documents accompany the goods?

Upon specific request, we can provide certification of title and certificate of origin of the goods.

What are the average delivery times?

Delivery within 3-4 working days in the EU. Outside the European Union, delivery times may vary from a few days to a few weeks depending on the destination. However, the goods are prepared for shipment within a few working days.

How are returns or disputes on received goods handled?

We accept returns from the European Union for non-compliant products within two weeks of receiving the goods. We do not accept returns from non-EU countries to avoid having to re-import the goods into Italy and pay the related customs duties.
