Register on the platform by entering your company details. After verification and approval by Fair Line, you will receive personal login credentials to browse the complete catalog. To approve your account, we require all the information necessary to verify that you are a company active in the jewelry trade/retail sector.

What documents are needed to activate the account?

Any document certifying the existence of an active business selling jewelry (VAT for companies registered in the European Union) and supporting information such as social media pages and websites.

How long does activation take?

1-2 business days if all necessary information is available.

How does browsing the catalog work once I have obtained my credentials?

Once logged in, the platform functions like a standard e-commerce site. Each product page contains essential information for your business: average weight in grams, standard price, and, where available, size options.
To make your search easier, the catalog can be filtered by product category, style, as well as by color, weight, price, and subject/theme.

How do I create a cart and send an order request?

Select the items and add them to your cart, which you can edit at any time before sending. The final summary shows the total price and total weight in 14kt gold (grams). From here, you can further modify your selection, save your cart for later, or submit your order request directly.
