The Meaningful Object Project Moves Forward

As we anticipated in the past weeks, we’ve recently started the “Meaningful Object Project” with the aim of involving our international partners in the creation of a jewel that could speak about life, new values and changes due to Covid19.

One step at a time, until September 2020

The first step of this collective project was aimed at involving directly our friends and partners, by asking them to think of some concepts and ideas about this new object.

What should this jewel stand for?

What should it represent?

What should it be its shape?

Once this first step is completed, the concept must be substantiated into details (features, weight, color, production process, etc.). This will be the second step: more on this will be revealed in the following weeks.

Rewarding inputs and ideas from this first step

We received valid and interesting ideas from our partners. Some ideas were expressed through sketches or images, others were expressed and detailed in words, or both.

Some, actually most, of these suggestions surprised us for their complexity and originality. We have been satisfied by the engagement that his activity raised among our friends and partners.

We created a small selection of the images we collected, as you can see above.

What’s important is that the concept has been finally defined. This is just the first step in creating the jewel that will be revealed for the first time in September 2020, during our usual appointment.

More news will come up in the next weeks, as we will define the technical features of the new jewel.
